Why is my shipment delayed?

We ship Monday through Friday during set aside fulfillment times. Any orders placed when fulfillment time ends Friday until it begins again Monday will incur a small delay. Large orders, wholesale, etc may see small delays as well. We will communicate any out of the ordinary issues that come our way directly. Still feel like your order should have arrived by now? Shoot us a message at info@compasscoffeeroasting.com and include your order number in the subject line.

I think I got the wrong order?

People make mistakes, let us make it right. Email info@compasscoffeeroasting.com with your name, order number and what’s wrong. Please provide photographic proof when possible.

When do you roast?

Monday through Friday from early til late.

How should I brew your coffee?

We believe there is no right or wrong way to brew our coffee, but if you aren’t confident in your brew recipes shoot us a message at info@compasscoffeeroasting.com with your accessible brew methods and we will get you some recipes and tips.

How should I store my coffee?

As airtight as you can, best within 30 days.

Can you grind my coffee?

Gladly, if you visit our cafes we can do it right there OR specify in the order notes what you need it ground for. If you ordered multiple coffees and just want one ground, please specify precisely which one(s) you want ground (and for what brew method). 

Are you hiring?

We are always accepting resumes for great people, but if you are wanting to be in the know follow us on social media for real time job listings and details.

Are your cafe hours always the same?

Barring severe weather we shoot to keep at least one of our cafes open 365 days a year, all holidays are volunteer based only (we will never make someone work if they don’t choose to) - with such a tight bond with our community it is important for us to be accessible on days where some patrons feel more alone then the rest of the year. For all holiday and severe weather updates follow us on social media.

Do cafes offer anything other than coffee?

We are proud to offer expertly curated offerings for both food and drinks from our local and nationwide favorites - from fresh sourdough bagels to local tea and matcha - we strive to have something for everyone.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes and we would LOVE to work with you. Whether it’s a corporate office, multiroaster cafe, bakery, church, secret night time backyard coffee pop-up or just a family that’s way too caffeinated we have tiered options for you. Email info@compasscoffeeroasting.com for all inquiries, ordering, etc.

Do you offer donations?

We are always accepting donation inquiries - selections will be contingent on quarterly donation budget, proximity to our places of operation and resonance with the cause. Forward all inquiries to info@compasscoffeeroasting.com.
