At Compass Coffee, we believe that building community makes life better for everyone. We've been building connections here in Vancouver since 2007. Over those 17 years, small connections grew into something bigger than coffee. They created community, and that's more valuable than any cup of coffee or bag of beans we could ever produce. 

We're Compass Coffee Roasting. From our farmers’ soil, to our roaster’s smoke, to our cafe’s steam, we produce the highest quality coffee.  However, the real reason we come to work every day?
