We focused on coffees that remind us of blooming flowers and lush greenery. The base of the blend features an anaerobic coffee from the Pereira Sisters in Brazil. It has loads of crisp sweetness, reminiscent of apples and rose. We also added coffee from Biru Bekele in Ethiopia. His washed-process selection features enticing citrus and jasmine notes.
