This coffee comes our way via Forest Green Coffee. Internally, they call this coffee “Bubblegum” because of its intense sweetness. This specific lot is produced by the Restrepo Family in Chinchina Caldas. Juan Felipe is an extremely meticulous person, always at the cutting edge of new innovations and experimentation. This particular lot was immersed in water for 48 hours after being fermented anaerobically and dried under the sun.
